A Buyer's Agent is a licensed real estate agent that represents homebuyers in real estate transactions. Any real estate agent can help you to buy a home, but an Exclusive Buyer's Agent only helps homebuyers and NEVER represents sellers*. So, when you use me as your Exclusive Buyer's Agent in El Mirage AZ, you can be assured that I will never represent the seller*. The real estate industry was previously representing the Seller, exclusively, leaving home buyers unprotected & unrepresented. But now, home buyers want and need to have an equal level of representation in the real estate transaction. Well, I am doing just that by exclusively representing El Mirage AZ area home buyers and giving them the level of service they demand. I firmly believe that you, the home buyer, have a right to full and equal representation and service, the same that sellers have monopolized...until recently. As an Exclusive Buyer's Agent, I have fiduciary duties to the home buyer of loyalty, obedience, disclosure, confidentiality and accountability. Homebuyers will not receive these from the listing/seller's agent, but you are entitled to them from me when I am your Buyer's Agent. I assist El Mirage home buyers with locating and evaluating all homes for sale that meet their needs. I work to negotiate the best price and terms for buyers ... not the Seller! I also assist home buyers in evaluating loans and financing options, as well as finding competent home inspectors and home warranty companies. Above all, I work to protect & promote the Buyer’s interests at all times throughout the home buying process. My goal is to always to protect you – the Buyer.
